Shipping Policy

Everything you need to know about how we ship your customers' orders.

For Resellers & Dropshippers: When you place an order on behalf of your customer through the Lahiya Drop panel, we handle all packing and shipping directly to your customer's address — under your brand name.

Delivery Timeframes

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, we process and dispatch it as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery times are:

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation through your Lahiya Drop wallet. Once processed, orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours on non-holidays.

Courier Partners

We ship all orders through trusted, reliable courier services:

The courier partner assigned to each shipment is selected based on the delivery location for optimal speed and reliability.

Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be updated in your Lahiya Drop reseller panel. You can share this tracking ID with your customer so they can monitor their delivery status directly on the courier's website.

Your Brand on the Package

All packages are shipped with your brand logo on the courier label — not Lahiya's. Your customers see your brand on their delivery, maintaining a fully white-label experience for your business.

Prepaid Orders Only

Currently, we only process prepaid orders. Payment is deducted from your Lahiya Drop wallet at the time of placing the order. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.
